Application Areas
LITHON grades meet the requirements of all industrial grease applications for plain and antifriction bearings in steel mills, paper mills, electric motors & generators, pumps, conveyors, compressors, machine tools, etc. LITHON EP has, in addition, shear stability, high load carrying capacity and is recommended for situations requiring the use of an extreme pressure multipurpose grease. LITHON EP2 is also suitable for ball and roller bearings of railway axle boxes. LITHON M 2 is suitable for applications where fretting corrosion may be a problem, such as lubrication of splined shafts.

Lithoplex has, in addition to shear stability, high load carrying capacity and is recommended for situations having extremely high temperature. These greases are suitable for applications up to 200°C. Lithoplex is also suitable for ball and roller bearings of railway axle boxes. Lithoplex 1 is suitable for applications in the lubrication of the rack and pinion joint of the kilns in the cement industry

LITHOPLEX HTX has, in addition to shear stability, high load carrying capacity and is recommended for situations having extremely high temperature. These greases are suitable for applications up to 200°C. LITHOPLEX HTX is also suitable for ball and roller bearings of railway axle boxes. LITHOPLEX HTX 1 is suitable for applications in the lubrication of the rack and pinion joint of the kilns in the cement industry. It is also suitable for slip seal application in sponge iron plant.

HP TISONA 2, TISONA M2, TISONA M3

Special Features
TISONA is a premium quality high temperature clay thickened non soap base smooth structured grease having good oxidation resistance and thermal stability for use in both plain and antifriction bearings. It is further fortified with anti-oxidant and anti-corrosion additives. It can lubricate satisfactorily at temperature upto 230°C and will not melt or soften appreciably even at higher temperature. It has better resistance to acids than metal soap greases. TISONA M2 & M3 contains molybdenum disulphide which makes it suitable for high temperature applications upto 250°C. Tisona Supreme is special grease for sugar mills.
