HPCL feels pride in serving high quality & economic Industrial Oils & Lubricants Range

PREMIUM HYDRULIC OIL

HP ENKLO 68, 46 PREMIUM is blended from deep hydrofinished base stocks and select additives. The additives are designed for optimum compressor operation. The additives are used to enhance the oxidation stability, anti-rust characteristics, anti-wear properties of the oil. The oil has natural demulsification property, low foaming tendency and quick air release property.

ANTI WEAR HYDRAULIC OILS

Includes additives for maximum protection in heavy-duty applications. As a result, the oils provide outstanding resistance to sludge formation, are chemically stable, and demonstrate excellent antiwear properties, providing maximum service life to pumps and other system components

INDUSTRIAL GEARBOX OILS

A high-performance concentrate suitable for use in all types of gearboxes, including heavy duty, off road, passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, both manual and automatic.Typically, gear boxes are becoming smaller and are being made from lighter and more sophisticated materials.

HEAT TRANSFER FLUIDS

A heat transfer fluid is a gas or liquid that takes part in heat transfer by serving as an intermediary in cooling on one side of a process, transporting and storing thermal energy, and heating on another side of a process. They generally have a high boiling point and a high heat capacity.

TRANSFORMER OIL

Transformer oil or insulating oil is an oil that is stable at high temperatures and has excellent electrical insulating properties. It is used in oil-filled transformers, some types of high-voltage capacitors, fluorescent lamp ballasts, and some types of high-voltage switches and circuit breakers.

REFRIGERATION COMPRESSOR OIL

The lubricant not only must be able to lubricate all the parts inside the compressor but also handle the refrigerant with which it is in contact (in the case of refrigeration and air-conditioning compressors).

CUTTING FLUID

Cutting fluid is a type of coolant and lubricant designed specifically for metalworking processes, such as machining and stamping. There are various kinds of cutting fluids, which include oils, oil-water emulsions, pastes, gels, aerosols (mists), and air or other gases.

Rubber Processing Oil

Rubber process oil, both synthetic and natural is commercially used to produce products from rubber bands to a toy to the giant tires for various vehicles including aircraft. Rubber Process Oils are used during the mixing of rubber compounds.

TURBINE OILS

Turbine oil formulations are relatively simple; they are a mixture of the following ingredients: Base oil, corrosion inhibitors, oxidation inhibitors, defoamants, and demulsifiers.

QUENCHING OIL

The term quenching normally refers to the controlled cooling of steel components in a fluid to give specified properties. The hardness and the other physical properties obtained depend upon the composition of the steel, ETC.

RUST PREVENTIVES OIL

Rust preventive oils are formulated for lubrication and protection of metal surfaces from atmospheric corrosion. They contain polar substances that allow them to adhere and to film the metal surfaces preventing corrosion.

SPINDLE OIL

Spindle Oil is anti-wear oil that is formulated for use in the lubrication of high-speed spindle bearings in precision grinders and other machine tools that require the use of low viscosity oils.

INDUSTRIAL GREASES

These are superior multipurpose greases, developed to meet the varied temperature requirements of ball and roller bearing lubrication.
